Foreclosure

Once you are 90 days or more the lender will file a notice of default in the court and you will be served by a process server.
At this point you will have time to respond with an answer on how you plan to proceed.
You will have set time periods in which to respond to all the court dates and if the back payments all attorneys fees interest and penalties are not brought current the property will be sold at auction to the highest bidder or go back to the bank.
